This wine is made entirely from Nero d’Avola grapes. Wine by the strongly evocative name, Cembali expresses elegance and refinement, as the sound of the homonymous ancient musical instrument. And it is the murmur of the wind among the branches of the vineyards of Baroni estate, which inspired the Countess Florence and the Count Paolo Marzotto for this designation. Wine tip from the most important Sicilian variety, the Cembali grapes come from old vines sapling inherited from the previous ownership. A wine of great personality that fully expresses the peculiarities of the Black d’Avola grown in the Noto area.
